Harsha

The Hago Gate Triliogy

harsha

Harsha’s reign as Queen of Harlem has begun, but the Council of Elders doubt her ability to rule, and are insisting on an arranged marriage. This is only one of the problems she faces, mysterious beings – the Dreamers – have appeared in Harlem causing tension and violence in the realm. Among them are GG and Jimbo, who were instrumental in Harsha and her twin brother Zogi’s successful quest to retrieve the Gatekeeper, aiding but also abetting them. The twins regard these two with justifiable suspicion, but they could be the answer to the Dreamer problem.

Harlem is also under threat from the nearby Kingdom of Ekity, ruled by the sadistic Bojo, who teams up with Mofe, the Dreamer Protector who has his own agenda, not least to punish GG and Jimbo, his previous servants. Meanwhile back in the Dream Realm, a strange woman has mysteriously come to life. Is she the Mother Protector of legend, or is she something to do with Harlem? Zogi and Harsha’s adventures continue as they discover power and influence brings its own problems. Can they balance the needs of the Kingdom with their own wants and desires? A gripping next volume in the exciting and thought-provoking Adventures of Zogi series.
